El túnel de Brooklyn
In 1997 Brooklyn, celebrated author James Beckett’s world crumbles when his beloved wife Katy vanishes en route to a job interview, swallowed by a cursed old tunnel. Teaming up with gruff, rule-breaking detective Frank Morris, James uncovers a nightmarish web of dark magic, organ trafficking, and police corruption orchestrated by the ruthless Brooks family—plus a devastating betrayal from his trusted editor, Tom Conway. When Frank is killed protecting James, his ghost refuses to rest, guiding James through supernatural perils with help from a psychic and a dark arts expert. James fights to dismantle the Brooks’ empire, confronts the sub-world where Katy’s soul is trapped, and finds bittersweet closure in their final reunion. For decades, he walks Brooklyn’s streets with a German shepherd housing Frank’s spirit, until he finally destroys the cursed tunnel, joining his loved ones in eternal peace.
